ISSEL NORD adopts all the policies established by the Fincantieri Group.
INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Issel Nord S.r.l., as Controller of the personal data processing, offers the opportunity to respond to vacancy announcements published on its web portal or other recruiting tools (e.g. Linkedin), and/or to upload the CV on its web portal. This aims to selecting candidates to be hired, receiving spontaneous job applications, and becoming familiar with the applicant’s professional profile with a view to hiring them in its staff.
For the purposes set out above, Issel Nord S.r.l. may ask candidates (hereinafter “Interested party”) to provide all relevant data for the assessment of their suitability to hold the position for which the recruiting is carried out.
In consideration of the above, with this document, drawn up pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 (hereinafter “Regulation”), we inform the Interested Parties of the following.
1. Data controller for personal data processing

2. Types of data and purposes and legal basis of data processing
Navigation data will be collected through the Site and will be processed, with the support of computer systems, solely for the purposes of technical management of the site.
Navigation data: the computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow Users to be identified.
This category of data may include IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, URIs (Uniform Resource Identifiers) of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the user’s operating system and IT environment.
This data is used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to monitor the correct functioning of the Site.

4. Recipients of personal data
Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, with the exception of suppliers involved in the activities and always strictly for and in line with the purposes set out above.

The Data Controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Union.
6. Period of retention of personal data

7. Nature of consent for the processing of data and consequence of failure to give consent
The navigation data collected are necessary to allow the data subject to browse the site.
8. Rights of the data subject
We inform you that, as the data subject for the processing, you have the right to obtain from the Data Controller:

Pursuant to Articles 6 and 13 of Regulation (EU) No 679/2016, as the Interested party with respect to the:
(i) processing of data belonging to specific categories referred to in Article 9 of the Regulation for the purpose of selecting the candidates to be included in the company’s workforce
(ii) processing of personal data for the purpose of assessing the candidate’s skills
